This is a case that took several years to complete as the patient lives in Florida. I have known this young man for many years. He is congenitally missing many teeth, which means he was born without 8 permanent teeth, which leads to spacing issues.
We made him a removable appliance which was not comfortable. He works in the music industry in South Florida so he requested a solution that would look, feel and function like a “real” set of teeth.During his trips back home, we designed a permanent bridge that replaced his missing teeth and provided him with a confident smile and an ability to laugh, smile, talk, chew, etc. without any hesitation.
