Last time I shared a case involving some conservative bonding to close the “black triangles” caused by gum recession. These are relatively straightforward, and the patient sees immediate results.
Today I would like to demonstrate an implant case that is a bit more involved.
We had a patient referred to us by an oral surgeon who had treatment planned some implants in his upper jaw. The patient was concerned that when we were done, he would not show any upper teeth. His current teeth were barely visible with an exaggerated smile.
